General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions
Casino bonuses can get complicated fast. At Vegastars Casino, the goal is to keep things clear — so players know exactly what they're working with before they start wagering.
The following covers deposit bonuses, bonus spins, and free bonus money credited to players ("You") at Vegastars Casino (referred to as "We" throughout).
Introduction
1.1 These General Bonus and Promotion Terms cover the various bonuses and promotions offered to you from time to time ("Offers"). By using bonuses or participating in promotions, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2 Individual promotions and campaigns carry their own specific terms. Those will be clearly communicated within each relevant promotion, and once accepted, they form part of these General Bonus and Promotion Terms. Read both sets before opting in.
1.3 These terms must be read alongside the general website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Other Terms"). If there's any conflict between these Bonus Terms and the Other Terms, these Bonus Terms take priority.
1.4 All offers at this casino are strictly for players aged 18 and over.
Definitions and Explanations
2.1 "Bonus Balance" — money credited as a reward, or winnings generated from Bonus Spins, that appear in your account. Restrictions apply. It cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
2.2 "Bonus & Free Spins" — Bonus Spins are issued as part of promotional offers. Winnings from those spins convert to Bonus Balance and carry a wagering requirement, typically 40x, once used.
2.3 "Main Balance" — funds available for immediate withdrawal. Generally, this is money deposited without a deposit bonus attached, or winnings earned from your own deposited funds.
2.4 "Return to Player (RTP)" — the average percentage returned to players over billions of rounds. A 97% RTP means $97 back for every $100 wagered, leaving the house with a 3% edge.
2.5 "House Edge" — the inverse of RTP. A 3% house edge means the casino retains $3 for every $100 wagered, on average, across billions of rounds.
Abuse
3.1 Abuse of the welcome package, bonus offers, or any promotional system will not be tolerated.
3.2 Misconduct results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. Any accounts involved may be terminated.
3.3 Registering multiple accounts to work around restrictions is not permitted. One Welcome Package per person — this applies per household address, IP address, phone number, and payment method, regardless of intent. The right to refuse the Welcome Package to certain accounts, based on internal metrics, is reserved.
3.4 Attempting to artificially reduce or eliminate wagering requirements through creative workarounds is considered abuse.
3.5 Examples of what may constitute abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Operating more than one account, or using accounts registered to third parties
- Evidence that a single person or coordinated group is claiming offers in an attempt to defraud — any winnings from such activity will be canceled or confiscated
- Opposite betting strategies designed to neutralise wagering requirements
Self-Exclusion, Account Restrictions & Termination
4.1 Accounts belonging to family members, household members, or anyone closely connected to an existing player may be treated as a second account. In such cases, KYC documentation for all parties involved may be required before accounts are reinstated.
4.2 Failure to cooperate, or any breach of the rules outlined in Clause 3, may result in full account termination, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
4.3 Players who are self-excluded from Vegastars Casino are not eligible to claim rewards, participate in offers, or receive prizes.
Expiry
5.1 All offers carry specific expiry times. Unless stated otherwise, bonus balances expire 5 days from the date of activation.
5.2 Vegastars Casino reserves the right to withdraw offers, bonuses, and prizes at any time without prior notice, by removing them from the site. Players who have already opted in, made a qualifying deposit, or commenced wagering on an offer are not affected by such withdrawal.
Wagering Contributions Towards Bonus Requirements
6.1 Different game types contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements:
- Pokies (Slots): 100% of turnover counts toward wagering requirements.
- Live Casino Games: 10% of turnover counts toward wagering requirements.
6.2 Playing other game modes with Bonus Balance is allowed — but those bets won't reduce your wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Balance cannot be used on Sportsbook or Esports.
6.4 Bets placed with Bonus Balance do not generate affiliate revenue, VIP progression, or any other rewards.
