General
1.1 Before using this website, read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Registering a Player Account confirms your consent to these Terms and Conditions and their validity as a mutually binding contractual agreement, regardless of your location.
1.2 The website Vegastars("Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our").
1.3 Players are solely responsible for checking the laws and regulations governing online gambling in their jurisdiction, and for refraining from using this website if such services are illegal in their country of residence or place of access.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
2.1 The Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes where possible, though regular review of this page is strongly recommended.
Who can play
3.1 The Casino accepts players only from countries and regions where online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is each player's sole responsibility to verify applicable gambling laws before placing any bets.
3.2 The Casino accepts only adult players who meet the minimum age of 18, or the age defined as eligible for online gaming in their jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for complying with local age restrictions.
3.3 Participation in games using real funds is governed by the laws of your country. Compliance with those regulations is entirely your responsibility.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and to restrict or suspend any Player Account where this requirement is not met.
Accepted currencies
4.1 The following currencies are accepted on the website: AUD, NZD, USD and CAD.
Fees and Taxes
5.1 Players are solely responsible for reporting any taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.
Game Rules
6.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, players confirm they understand the rules of the games offered on the website. Familiarising yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game is at your own discretion.
Disclaimer of liabilities
7.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, players acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss. The Casino accepts no liability for any financial damage resulting from use of the website.
7.2 The Casino is not liable for hardware or software defects, unstable or lost internet connections, or any other technical issues that may limit access or interrupt gameplay.
7.3 In the unlikely event that a wager is confirmed or a payment processed in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel affected wagers or re-settle them at the correct terms that should have applied at the time.
7.4 Any funds, bonuses or winnings credited to a Player Account in error, whether due to a technical fault, human error or otherwise, remain the property of the Casino and will be reclaimed. Where such funds have already been withdrawn, the incorrectly paid amount constitutes a debt owed to the Casino. Players are obliged to report any such error to us immediately upon becoming aware of it.
7.5 The Casino, its directors, employees, partners and service providers:
- do not warrant that the software or website is fit for purpose;
- do not warrant that the software or website is free from errors;
- do not warrant that the website or games will be accessible without interruption;
- accept no liability for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising from use of the website or participation in the games.
Players agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, partners and service providers against any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims and liabilities arising from use of the website or participation in the games.
7.6 The Casino is the final authority on whether a player has breached these Terms and Conditions in a manner resulting in suspension or permanent exclusion from the website.
Use of player account
8.1 Each player may register only one (1) personal account.
8.1.1 At the point of registration, players must provide their name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact method.
8.1.2 Upon registering, players confirm that they:
- are 18 years of age or older;
- are playing on their own behalf and with their own funds;
- are registering with the Casino for the first time;
- accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
Use of the website is not permitted while enrolled in any national, state or multi-operator self-exclusion programme that restricts participation in online gambling. Where verifiable evidence confirms that such enrolment pre-dated account registration, any refund offered will be made as a discretionary goodwill gesture only, limited to net deposits made after the enrolment date. The account will be permanently closed.
Players are solely responsible for confirming that their use of the website complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. False or inaccurate information will result in the voiding of all winnings, bets and transactions.
8.2 Operating multiple Player Accounts may result, at the Casino's sole discretion, in the termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all associated payouts. Access to a Player Account must not be granted to any third party, including minors. Any winnings or bonuses accrued through a duplicate account will be reclaimed, and players agree to return any such funds withdrawn on demand.
8.3 The website is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial gain.
8.4 Players must keep their account details accurate and up to date at all times.
8.5 Collusion of any kind is prohibited, including the creation of multiple accounts within a single household. Winnings or bonuses obtained through collusion will be reclaimed. Collusion includes, but is not limited to, concurrent or similar logins from the same IP address. The creation of multiple accounts or accounts for third parties constitutes fraud.
8.6 By using the website, players confirm that all funds used are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
8.7 The use of Virtual Private Networks to conceal location or identity is prohibited. Any winnings accrued through such methods are subject to forfeiture, and players agree to return any withdrawn funds in this regard on demand.
8.8 Players may choose to self-exclude temporarily or permanently in line with the Casino's Responsible Gaming commitments. Requests can be submitted through the Casino's responsible gaming contact channel.
8.8.1 Players may also request account de-registration on the grounds of problem gambling. All such requests will be reviewed and verified.
8.8.2 Players may set gambling limits in accordance with their income and gaming profile by contacting the Casino's responsible gaming team.
8.9 The Casino reserves the right to contact players by phone as part of the KYC process, at its own discretion. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the account is fully verified. If the Casino is unable to reach a player within two (2) weeks of a withdrawal request being submitted, the account may be locked on the basis of incomplete KYC.
8.10 Deposit limits apply across all payment methods, including cryptocurrency. Funds sent via cryptocurrency that would exceed a set deposit limit will not be credited and will be treated as unsolicited deposits. Attempts to circumvent Responsible Gaming limits may result in deposit blocks, account restrictions or closure.
Anti-fraud policy
9.1 The Company maintains a strict anti-fraud policy and uses a range of tools and techniques to enforce it. Accounts may be terminated and payouts suspended or cancelled where a player is suspected of:
- colluding with other players;
- developing strategies designed to generate unfair winnings;
- fraudulent activity against other online casinos or payment providers;
- initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate payments;
- creating two or more accounts;
- low-risk roulette play, such as placing equal stakes on both outcomes or covering 25 or more of 37 numbers;
- any other form of cheating.
The same applies where a player is declared bankrupt in their country of residence. These decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company; players will not be informed of the specific reasons. The Company reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to applicable regulatory bodies.
In the event of a chargeback, the Casino reserves the right to:
- charge the player an amount equivalent to their available account balance to recover resulting losses;
- pursue further damages by contacting the player through registered contact details;
- close the player's account and void any associated winnings.
9.1.1 These decisions are at the Company's sole discretion and players will not be notified of the specific reasons. Relevant regulatory bodies may be informed where required.
9.2 In the event of a chargeback:
9.2.1 The Casino may charge the player an amount equivalent to their account balance to offset damages incurred.
9.2.2 Further financial losses may be pursued by contacting the player via their registered details.
9.2.3 The player's account may be closed and any associated winnings voided.
9.3 The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. Where a player attempts to exploit welcome offers or other promotions, the Company reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings. Grounds for this include: use of stolen cards; chargebacks; creating more than one account; providing inaccurate registration details; bonus abuse; or any other conduct damaging to the Casino.
9.4 The Casino reserves the right to close a Player Account and refund the remaining balance, minus any applicable withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason or prior notice.
9.5 Account verification requires documents in Latin or Cyrillic script (such as identity documents, payment records or utility bills). Where a player cannot provide documents in these scripts, the Casino may request video verification or authenticated translations.
9.6 The Casino reserves the right to withhold payments where there is suspicion or evidence of system manipulation or money laundering. Criminal charges may be pursued against any individual found to have manipulated the Casino's systems. The Casino also reserves the right to modify or withdraw any games or events offered on the website.
9.7 Players who become aware of any errors or gaps in the software are required to refrain from exploiting them and to report the issue promptly. Failure to do so may result in the Casino seeking full compensation for any resulting costs.
9.8 Withdrawal requests require that the deposited amount has been wagered at least once. The Casino reserves the right to apply transaction processing charges to deposits and withdrawals at its discretion.
9.9 The Casino is not a financial institution. Player accounts do not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services are available.
9.10 Players are subject to the Casino's KYC procedures and must provide accurate, current information at all times, including name, age, personal details and place of residence. The Casino reserves the right to void bets and winnings and to report to relevant regulators where misinformation is suspected.
Depositing
10.1 The website supports a range of payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as various alternative options. All Paysafe payments are processed via Neptune Projects S.R.L. Players are encouraged to contact support for guidance on the most suitable payment methods for their country of residence.
10.2 Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must be made from accounts, cards or payment methods registered in the player's own name. Winnings may be confiscated where this condition is found to have been breached. The Company accepts no responsibility for funds deposited from third-party accounts.
10.3 Business or corporate cards are not accepted under any circumstances. Any bets placed using a business card may be voided and associated winnings confiscated.
10.4 The minimum deposit amount is €20 or the currency equivalent. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the payment process.
10.5 The Casino reserves the right to block any funds it deems suspicious and to report such activity to relevant regulatory or prosecuting authorities.
10.6 Additional documentation to verify identity, place of residence or the source of deposited funds may be requested at any time.
10.7 Bonuses exceeding €250 will only be credited once applicable KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied.
10.8 Deposits exceeding €50,000 per day will not be processed without additional source of funds and wealth checks.
Withdrawal policy
11.1 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the chosen payment method. Where a requested amount exceeds a payment system's limit, the withdrawal will be processed in installments.
11.2 The Casino reserves the right to verify a player's identity before processing any payout and to hold withdrawals for the duration of that process. Where false or incomplete personal data is provided, the withdrawal may be refused and the Player Account terminated.
11.3 The website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard, subject to the card not being a corporate card and being issued in a supported country.
11.3.1 Visa payouts are not available for players in: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.
11.3.2 Mastercard payouts are available only for players in: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
11.3.3 Even within supported countries, successful credit card payout processing cannot be guaranteed, as issuing banks may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.
11.4 The website operates in Euro. Transactions conducted in other currencies may result in amounts deducted from your card that differ from the displayed figure, due to currency conversion applied by your bank or the Casino's payment processor.
11.5 Bank transfer payouts are processed within three (3) banking days as a general rule.
11.5.1 In exceptional cases, bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to additional charges imposed by intermediary banks. These are beyond the Casino's control.
11.6 The maximum withdrawal amount is $50,000 per month, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. Exceptions may apply to players at higher VIP levels, at the Casino's sole discretion.
11.7 Winnings exceeding $50,000 may be paid in monthly installments of up to $50,000 until the full amount has been disbursed.
11.8 Progressive jackpot wins are paid out in full.
11.9 Withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used to make the original deposit.
11.10 The Casino is not a financial institution. Accounts do not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services are offered.
11.11 Winnings exceeding $10,000 in a single day are subject to additional anti-fraud and transaction checks before processing.
11.12 Withdrawals are not permitted until the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
Refund policy
12.1 Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of the relevant transaction, or within 30 calendar days where a player alleges that their account was accessed by another individual.
12.2 Where an account has been funded by credit card, the Casino reserves the right to process withdrawal requests up to the total deposited amount as refunds against purchases made. Amounts exceeding the total deposited will be paid via an alternative available method.
12.3 All bonuses and winnings will be deducted from the account balance before any refund amount is calculated.
12.4 Where credit card transactions are deemed to carry unacceptable security or legal risk by the Casino or its payment processors, those transactions will be refunded and the relevant authorities notified.
Dormant accounts
13.1 A dormant account is one from which a player has not logged in or out for twelve (12) consecutive months. Where an account is classified as dormant, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10, or the currency equivalent, for as long as the account holds a positive balance. Where the current balance is less than €10, the fee will be limited to the available balance.
13.1.1 Players irrevocably authorise the Casino to deduct this fee from the start of the month following the point at which the account becomes inactive, and at the start of each subsequent month the account remains inactive. Deductions cease when the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Expiry period
14.1 Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Casino's services must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which it arose. Claims submitted after this period are time-barred, and players irrevocably waive any right to pursue them.
Complaints
15.1 Players are welcome to contact the customer service team with any complaints regarding the Casino's services, using the contact options available on the website.
15.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing from the player's registered contact method and should include the player's username and a clear description of the issue.
15.3 All complaints will be reviewed, and the Casino will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
15.4 Disputes must be submitted within three (3) days of the relevant bet being settled. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. Players are solely responsible for monitoring their account activity. The relevant ADR entity is EGIS, FZCO, available free of charge.
15.5 Players are encouraged to use the internal complaints process in the first instance. If a complaint is not resolved to the player's satisfaction, it may be referred free of charge to the alternative dispute resolution body, EGIS, FZCO.
Non transefrability
16.1 Players may not assign, pledge or transfer any claims arising from these Terms and Conditions, use of the website or participation in the games without the Casino's prior consent. This non-transferability clause covers all assets of value, including account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and related claims, and extends to encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and gifting in cooperation with any fiduciary or third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica. All credit and debit card transactions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, with disputes arising from card payments, including chargebacks, refunds and processing issues, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
